We launched our first food products in 2016 and have since launched a wide range of products across different categories. We work with all the major grocers and OOH retailers across the UK. We also have a growing international business in the US and Europe.

Working at Deliciously Ella 
We have around 90 team members across two sites.  Our Head Office is based in the heart of central London, on Tottenham Court Road, and this is where our Leadership Team work, alongside our Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and People teams.  Our factory site near Milton Keynes produces some of our best-loved products like our energy balls, caramel cups, nut butter bites and dipped nuts.

What are we looking for?
We're looking for a superstar Field Sales Executive to join our Commercial team and represent our brand across London’s vibrant food and drink scene. 
 
This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity to be at the forefront of our growth, engaging with customers and driving brand visibility while learning about the dynamic food and drink industry.
Purpose of the role
Sales & Growth 
  • Drive growth in London-based outlets, including gyms, cafés, convenience stores, and offices.
  • Sell our existing product range and new launches to retail, hospitality, and convenience clients.
  • Activate new accounts and expand brand reach into new locations.
Brand Visibility & Activation 
  • Boost brand visibility with point-of-sale (POS) materials and samplings.
  • Organize and execute in-store merchandising and promotional activities.
  • Enhance product availability in key locations to maximize sales impact.
Relationship Building 
  • Build and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with existing stockists.
  • Identify and nurture new opportunities for partnership and growth.
  • Reporting & Collaboration
  • Report successes and new account details to the team.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team on ad hoc tasks and initiatives.
Your team
You’ll be reporting into Imogen Bates (Senior Commercial Manager – Distributors & OOH) and working closely with Isobel Fox (Junior Commercial Manager OOH).
